It’s early in the morning. The sound of fresh boots is on the path. It’s quiet until a basic training Marine steps forward and begins processing new recruits to become new Marines. Today was slightly different. The famous yellow boot prints are filled with middle and high school students from Wilson, North Carolina. The Wilson 360 mentoring program seeks to turn young people around 360 degrees from where they were to who they will become. The program, led by Veteran, Robert Smith, focuses on anti-bullying and providing strength in areas of young people who may have been bullied.
